After a marketing freeze the Royal Air Force continually lost share of voice which resulted in a significant decline in enquiries and applications to join the Royal Air Force. Potential candidates making a branch or trade choice hit an unsustainable level for the Royal Air Force to meet recruitment targets

Audience2Media launched a campaign for the Royal Air Force targeting males within the UK in order to educate them and make them aware of careers in the force. Driving a high volume of quality traffic to the Royal Air Force careers site, applications saw an increase as people converted and applied for a role in the Royal Air Force.
